Bill is a very nice and understanding guy. He is You's room mate at St. Andrew's and was at first thought of as being gay because of what Jinny had said when she introduced him to You. Bill plays along with his assumed sexuality and is very believable to the extent. Yet, it's clearly obvious later on that he loves Jinny especially when he and Anju are talking. And the eyecatches give it away also.

Bill is a pretty boy. That's right, he's more pretty than he is cute, like those male models we see on those cologne commercials. To me, he's just like Satoshi because of his caring nature. Except he's less aggressive and persistent. He's the opposite of the loud mouth, quick tempered Brian. Bill also speaks perfect Japanese. Wow.

I would have liked to see him end up with Anju because darn it, they are both so likable. They'll probably be the nicest couple you'll ever meet. But it just wasn't meant to be I guess because he's been in love with you know who for a long time.
