Ginta, as a true Aries, has a very fiery temper and his emotions are always shown through in his actions and his facial expressions. The only time he hid his feelings was way back in Jr. High when he was in love with Miki and after all the mistunderstanding about the love letter. It took him two years to actually tell Miki his feelings but it was too late because You had entered her life.

When his scheme with Arimi to make Miki jealous did not work out, he already knew that he and Miki were never going to be boyfirend and girlfriend and would just stay friends. And though he was hurt, he understood. But then that's when he realized he was in love with Arimi when he saw how brightly she smiled after running track. He was afraid to tell her at first because she might think of him as "unworthy" because of what happened with Miki and gave up completely when he saw her walking with Murai from her fanclub. He thought he would never see her again because he thought she already found another boyfriend.

But after a bit of misunderstanding with this Murai and another man that Ginta just had to lose his out of control temper over, thinking that the man was bothering Arimi, Ginta finally told her he loved her on her jet memo, only to find out, that a whole bunch of Segaki Academy students were watching them from behind the trees and cheering for them when they were finally together.

Aside from that temper of his, he's VERY dedicated and a loyal friend. After another bit of a misunderstanding with Arimi, there's also no question that he LOVES her and she loves him. Their relationship is so realistic and romantic in that cute, mushy kind of way... I just love watching them together. Especially the one where they were at the mall and he asked her what she wanted for Christmas.... I love how he gets flustered whenever he's around her... "Her smile always makes me speechless..." Aww... and he always blushes. Miki and Meiko even teased him once because his face got so red when he mentioned Arimi.

Besides all that, he's also very cute. He was the one that I thought was cute from his first appearance. And he's one heck of a tennis player. He also looks up to Na-chan, giving him insipiration of becoming a teacher after he graduates from college.
