So who really was that girl in the picture next to the smiling You, that Miki had discovered? Well, it's the very kawaii Arimi, who has a fan club in her school made up of cute Senior boys who call her "A-chan" and who has an admirer that has loved her since elementary school.

Arimi however only had eyes for You ever since she made a deal with him to go out with her for three months in Jr. High. She had never gotten over the breakup and was saddened because You never returned the love she gave him. She made Ginta agree to her plan of being together, so Miki would get jealous and give up on You. Arimi managed to always give Miki a hard time and her first impression left a great deal to be desired. She was pushy, agressive, manipulative, straight-forward... But she's the very example of showing us that the first impressions are sometimes wrong.

When she had given up on You and after all that had happened, she found her love in Ginta who, as she says, made her become warm and kind. She always manages to make him blush without even trying and she also made him loosen up a bit on that temper. They are such a cute couple.

Arimi also became friends with Miki, even giving her advice when she was having problems with You. I gotta admit, I didn't like Arimi at first. I don't think anyone did, but right when she and Ginta started to get along and finally got together, she became my favorite character. Her straight forward nature is still there but she's so cool and NICE.
