Miki's in her room about to write in the diary. ~It flashbacks to the scene in the train station. Miki says she doesn't know how to cheer Meiko up...

The next day at the breakfast table, Miki's still thinking about Meiko and You tells her that she shouldn't worry so much because he says that she's so silly she cheers everyone up. When Miki and You both see Meiko walking towards school, You pushes Miki almost roughly so she could talk to Meiko. The two greet each other happily. ~ As Meiko walks to her classes, Miki, Ginta, You and Keiko walk almost protectively behind her. When the four of them heard a couple of girls talking about Na-chan and Meiko, they all look at them with angry eyes. Meiko says that they shouldn't worry about her so much.

Although Meiko appears to be her happy self, she's still very much hurt from what happened the day before (Insert sad Meiko music here). She goes to the library where she is looking out the window, crying softly. Satoshi sees her and is also sad to see her that way. But he leaves her alone.... The scene cuts to Ryouko watching Ginta and Miki play tennis. She's also thinking about Shinichi.

Ginta and Miki talk about Meiko. That though she looks happy, she's still sad. Ginta suggests that they should take her out next Sunday. Miki and Ginta talk to You about their plan. Arimi shows up as Miki and Ginta arrive. The two talk about the picnic to You who says that it's a great idea. Arimi meanwhile decides to ask of she can come too because they were after all discussing it in front of her. Ginta and You were a bit uneasy about it but Miki tells her that it's OK. The more the better. Miki calls Meiko about it and she agrees.

That Sunday, Miki and You are late to greet the others at the park because Miki took so long at preparing the food. They are all happy though at being in such a beautiful place. Arimi decides that she and You go on a row boat. You decides that they should eat lunch first. You and Ginta examine Miki;s cooking and looking to see if it's burnt or not. Arimi watches Miki and You's interactions closely. Eventually, Arimi does get You to go on a rowboat with her, while Meiko, Miki and Ginta go to another. Ginta's trying hard to catch up with You. ~This whole episode has very weird art. They all look so abnormal~

Later on, they all go watch horses from behind the log fence. You and Ginta go get drinks for the girls from the soda machine while the three girls continue to watch the horses. Meiko of course , thinks of her Sensei who she's been thinking of the whole episode. Suddenly, Meiko;s hat blows away and it lands in front of a horse. Miki decides to retrive it but the horse runs after Miki, who trips. But just as soon as Miki is about to get trampled You stops the horse. You yells at her for being so stupid. Miki starts to cry on his chest and apologized. You comforts her. They other three are watching them. As Meiko picks up her hat, she says sadly that, "Loving someone isn't easy..." Miki cries more.
